Refund your generated documents
Generated documents are generally non-refundable under our General Terms of Service. Exceptions may be made in cases where Szerzi is unavailable, unstable for a long time, or when Szerzi or the document contains a serious error. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct the error. If we are unable to correct the error within 2 weeks of notification, you are entitled to a refund.
If you have reported the error and can't use your generated document within 2 weeks, please contact us and we will refund the cost of your document purchase.
Refunding attorney mediation
The only case when Szerzi is entitled to refuse to transfer the commission fee to the mediated Lawyer is when the Client provides credible proof that the mediated Lawyer didn't even start the legal activity that was the subject of the mediation. If the Lawyer provided at least partial results, then Szerzi will not be entitled to a refund.
